Taster at the source. Lightly hazy dark yellow in color. Clean sweet OB honey aroma and flavor somewhere around semi sweet. Clean well made session mead.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear medium golden on color with some decent legs. Sweet honey with some mild spicy pepper on the nose. Sweet honey up front gives way to some spicy pepper that builds a bit before dying down to some sweet honey and a light alcohol presence. Well made pretty tasty sipper. There should be a warmer version for pepper-heads IMHO

Sample at the source. Mostly clear with some legs. Sweet strong honey touch of fruit and alcohol. The honey comes through well I much prefer the flavor of this honey to the blueberry.

Sample at the source. Lightly hazy straw in color. Earthy spicy with lots of Belgian yeasty phenols that really overpower the rest of the drink. This didn't work for me.

Bottle from the source. Brilliant deep golden bordering on amber. Rich caramelized honey with notes of treacle and dark dried fruit. Maple is subtle but adds a nice layer. Pretty tasty

Sample at Great North Aleworks. Slightly hazy deep yellow in color with a smattering of bubbles. Light sweet honey underneath a bit of ginger and honey. Reminds me of a lemon cough drop but I enjoyed it.
