8/10
Aroma is tropical candied fruit, floral notes. Taste follows, hardly any bitterness. Good.

Canned 3/31, drunk 5/6/25.
Deep, rich, very hazy rusted maize. Large, off-white head.
Intense Sabro yielding plentiful coconut, interesting pineapple and some light spicy greenery. No booze, resin, sugary malt in the nose. Just hop and backing, white bread-like malts.
Rich and malty, yet nicely attenuated. Sabro front-and-center. Lots of spicy coconut, light pineapple and hints of pine. Big, juicy tangerine. Not hot at this point but the strength is certainly felt. There's light alcohol flavor and lots of warming. I like that it's nicely attenuated and the malt and hop are done well. But probably needs a bit more maltiness to keep pace with the ABV.

2022 can drunk 5/3/25.
Clear dark. Tan head sits at cover.
Big peanut butter, well-done. Rich chocolate, hint of soy. Bourbon is very spicy, with big vanilla and lingering fudge. No booze or excess sugar.
Rich and flavorful, very mellow with spiciness galore. Good peanut butter and little/no lactose. Very dried out and nicely attenuated. Excellent bourbon character. No booze but lots of bourbon intensity lingering.

Draft at Maloney's, 4/5/25. Hazy lighter orange color, off white head. Aroma is okay, with citrus, grass, and grains. Flavor is medicore at best. Citrus and diacetyl. Mediocre mouthfeel. Not great overall.
