Canned 10/15/25, drunk 11/8/25.
Dark, mostly clear. Small, light tan head to edge.
Don't know if I was just in the mood or what, but this one really impressed me. The pumpkin spice is very strong, assuredly, but this base beer, at a modest 5.5% pumps out a ton of flavor and texture without being sweet or syrupy. Really need to try some older variants and get my hands on the double fudge, too.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold bee, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a forward creamy sweetness. Hops bring smooth pine and obvious Sabro coconut. Mild hop spice and light stone fruits. A mild prod of hop spice on the light crisp finish. Goes down easy.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear gold with nice sparkle, ephemeral, fizzy head and trace lacing. Aroma is sweet malts with slight fruit character, Noble hops. Taste is stronger version of aroma with an almost sparkling wine yeast quality. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, dry, lightly bitter finish as taste. Good strength, liked the hint of fruit. Good for a Helles.

Sampled from the tap at Carmine Street Beers. Pours a murky deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has bourbon and toffee with sweet grains and a touch of vanilla underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and caramel with growing bourbon and some toffee backing.

5 oz draft. Aroma is huge marshmallows and mild roast. Flavor is a pretty nice balance of marshmallow and mild peanut butter like character in the finish. Super smooth texture and bold body for a 5.5% stout. Extremely tasty!

4 oz. draft. Aroma is crazy, bold nutmeg and clove. This flavor is just as bold as aroma. Huge clove, bold spices. Probably my least favorite variation ever. That said, still not a bad stout. You just have to really want to drink this type of thing.

Can. Aroma is soft maple with a mild bread hint. Reminds me of maple covered pancakes. Not ridiculously overly sweet either. A very good breakfast stout.

10 oz draft. Aroma is strong blackberry with a hint of lime peel. Flavor follows with a strong sour character and tart lime finish. Mild pucker in the glads. A true fruited sour without the extra adjuncts!
