Can 0.5l, almost one year aged. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- salt, lime, mint, yes, apricot too. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, quite salty, biscuity base, lime, touch of mint and apricot. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Tap at Kollarko. SQBRU is straying further away from god with their latest releases. That is not bad, I am actually glad, but this beer is a prime example of something interesting, but not very tasty imo. Moderate sourness, med-light sweetness. Moderate chocolate combining with slightly acetic and a bit bretty character. Cherry actually hard to find, but maybe it is just naturally fermented. Hard to tell. Overall feels just weird, slightly off too. Average.

Tap at Bombovar. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium sourness, light tartness, light sweetness. Med-high hibiscus berryish character, well combined with med-light rosemary and general herbalness. Easy drinking, tasty, quite good.

Tap at Krkonošská. Hazy red-amber body, thick off-white head. Tart aroma, red fruit, spicy slightly, lactic, some tea, some jam. Lean, sweetish, very much salty taste, hibiscus, bit creamy fruity touches, lightly herbal. Okay. Fun idea, okay overall.

(Draught at Lya Beer Café, Prague, 22 July 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with tropical fruit, guava, mango and a touch of coffee. Fruity, tart taste with notes of tropical fruit, mango, guava, coffee and a light saltiness. No bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite odd, but really tasty and well balanced. Very nice.

Tap at NaPalmě. Murky red body, pinkish head. Candy-like aroma, blueberry, sweet notes. Blueberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, all of that in the lean, dry, sour taste. Not really a smoothie honestly, but a decent fruit sour.

Tap at Pivní Zastávka. Clear golden body, off-white head, fairly thick. Tangerine, dry citric hoppy aroma. Soft, crisp citric-herbal taste, creamy, lightly floral, softly grainy, lightly yolky. Not bad, though more malty than I like.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- strongly grainy and malty, citrusy, juicy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, strongly grainy again, citrusy, floral. Medium bodied. Somewhat rustical try for NEIPA. Interesting.

Tap at Bombovar. Thin body, medium carbonation. Medium sourness, clean lacto-fruit. Light sweetness, medium bitterness - mostly coffeeish. The coffee here is pretty assertive, pleasant though, cold brew-ish quality to it. Pretty weird to combine it with guava, but there is rather little amount. It even works together in the end. One of the more exotic SQBRU offerings, yet it still works. They know. Good one.

Ein Quitten-Sauerbier 🍋 bekommt man auch nicht alle Tage. Als solches ist es aber voll ok 🆗. Mir persönlich etwas zu sauer, aber dadurch auch ordentlich erfrischend. Ich brauche es nicht mehr, aber Quittenfreunde können gerne zugreifen.
