A big bottle bought or maybe stolen from Cro Craft, shared with little Dina and Marko. Light gusher. Cloudy orange. Funky apple. Baked apple. Ripe apple. Tangerine. Hints of vegetable, such as carrot juice. Higher carbonation, fizzy, sparkling. Soft sourness. Apple peel. Dry, slightly phenolic. Very gentle. Juicy at first, thin in the finish. Alcohol hidden. High carbonation.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear pale yellow pour, no head. Nose is apple, citruses and subtle elderflower. Refreshing sweet and sour combination. Medium body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, slightly chewy and soft. Sweet and sour taste, slight tart. Aroma of fermented apple juice, wine, elderflower. Acidic, citruses. Slightly sticky, sugary notes in the background. Gets a bit dry towards the finish. Good.

Sample, thanks to Grumbo! Clear deep gold, still. Aroma presents the expected sweet spice and caramel. Continues to taste, oily palate, the cinnamon, cloves and caramel all quite prominent. Feel like I should've warmed this up a bit. Decent for what it is.

0.33 l bottle, sample from Cro Craft. Shared with Marko. Clear pale greenish golden. Nice ripe apple aroma, with a touch of fruit candy. Gentle white wine touch. Floral hints. Moderate to high carbonation, light acidity. Crisp ripe apple in the flavour. Refreshing. Sweet fruit taste, dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle, thanks Hrabren! Pale yellow-golden body, light carbonation. Lovely full sweetish red apple aroma with light fermentation effects. Lean taste, Sweetish too, red apple pith, again, some mild fermentation byproducts, not too tart. Very good!

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, many thanks for this one Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of spice, clove, cinnamon, apple strudel. Taste is sweet, apple strudel, cinnamon, with clove, spice notes and some mellow light tartness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Good mouthfeel and well integrated, nicely drinkable.

18/6/2020. Bottle in trade courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours still bright gold with no head. Lovely spice aroma with clove, cinnamon and apple with light caramel. Medium sweetness and a light tart edge. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Liked this!

On tap at ZCBW 2017. Pale greenish. Apple pie, cinnamon and spice aroma. Subtle apple flavour, lightly dry. Light to medium body, refreshing. Good use of spices.

0.33 l bottle at Ninkasi Beer Bar, Tisno. Clear pale greenish golden, minimal head. Sweet apple, apple blossom, apple kompot, floral, vanilla and slightly perfumy. Taste is fresh apple, white wine, kinda sweet, but the finish is dry. Light body, drinkable, although not too light, mild moderately lasting finish.
