Bottle 375 ml at Arrogant tasting, courtesy of Italian friends. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with almost no head. Caramel, apricot, flat, nice smooth sourness, barrel. Oily texture, some herbal notes aroma. Medium bodied. Interesting one.

0,375l bottle. brown colour, almost no head. Smells of spices, very herbal, parsley, chives, light grape notes, dried fruits, very light wood. Very nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes nutty, marzipan, peppery, bit boozy, herbal, grassy, wood. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of herbs, marzipan and peppery notes. Very nice and interesting experiment. 8, 4, 7, 3, 16
