On tap at the brewery, in a flight. Pours black, with a thin, tan head. The aroma is burnt toast, dark chocolate, toffee, and a little coconut. Sweet, with a little roasted bitterness. Medium to heavy body, harsh, and chalky. Overall, this is a solid stout, but with too much roasted character.

On tap at the brewery, in a flight. Pours clear gold, with a thin, beige head. Aroma is lemon, a little salt, and pine sap. Strong bitterness, and a light malt sweetness. Medium body, sticky, and astringent. This is an unpleasant, overly bitter, and difficult to drink IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, dark orange, with a lot of lacing. Big orange peel aromas, with some coriander, grains, and light bread. Sweet, light bitterness - nicely balanced. Medium body, sharp, and acidic. Overall, this is a pretty nice beer. What is lacks in complexity and traditional character, it makes up for in a brilliant and subtle hoppiness. I don’t normally like overhopped American saisons, but this one’s pretty good!

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a big, fluffy, white head. Immediate mango and a lot of rosemary, with some lemon zest and white bread. Very sweet, and just a little salty. Low sourness. Light body, creamy, and just a little acidic. Overall, a very curious and interesting beer, but not really a combination that works that well, in my opinion.

Growler at RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a clear deep brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread and dark grains with just a touch of roasted malts. Flavor has lots of dark bread as well with only a bit of roasted malts and dark grains.

Tap at Churchkey for CBC. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was rosemary - very herbal - just rosemary. I like rosemary. But this was a lot of rosemary. Flavor was rosemary, with notes of rosemary. Some light sweet gain notes. This was okay. Would be good to eat with something real meaty.
