A: Clear tea color with 1" of light tan head that held up very well.
S: Leafy, earthy and herbal aroma with light caramel.
T: Dry and lightly bitter with notes of leafy hops and toasted bread. A hint of caramel at the end.
M: Stiff carbonation accents the dry aspect. Light body and clean finish.
O: Not nearly as sweet as expected. Weak aroma but very nice flavor balance and refreshment.

Month old pint can A: Clear deep amber with a tall, frothy dark beige head. Good retention and patchy lace. S: Earthy, leafy and herbal with toasty malt notes. T: Bright orange and tangerine citrus with tart berries and dry toast joining. Tart zesty finish with just a hint of caramel. M: Strong coating carbonation gives a vanishing delicate feel. O: Surprisingly hoppy with nice malt balance. Delicious.

6 week old pint can A: Clear pale gold with a short but thick, lasting head and patchy lace. S: Hay, grass, light honeysuckle, bread dough and a faint apple note. T: Lightly peppery with toasty malts and dry herbal, grassy hops. M: Crisply carbonated, light bodied and clean finishing. Crushable! O: Looks, smells and tastes quite good with nicely balanced flavors and clean refreshment.

16 oz can from John, 11/9/23. Unclear gold, larger white head, heavy lace. Peach, orange, tangerine. Funk, earth. Bit of an herbal thing to it. Clean and smooth. Very drinkable. This is quite good.
