On tap at Trophy, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is all acetyldehide, with some phenols in there too. Flavour is along the same lines but maybe not as offensive—lots of acetyldehide, with a bit of lacto and tart citrus. This shouldn't be served.

On tap at Trophy, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out coffee upfront, with a touch of earthiness and cocoa. Flavour is fairly earthy, with moderate coffee character. Simple, with not much depth. It's okay.

On tap at Trophy, pours a cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits and dank hops. Flavour is bold, with a nice dank hop character, along with stone fruits and biscuity malt. Just the right amount of dankness. A good, balanced NE IPA.

On tap at Trophy, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Nose is very subtle, with tart citrus and lacto. Flavour is quite tart, with muffled citrus and light lacto. Lacking depth or integration. Meh.

On tap at Trophy, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry piney hops and a dry toasted biscuity malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Decently balanced, but like a thousand other session IPAs our there.

Pint can pours with a murky dull gold body that has copper hues and supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up honeydew, guava, pear and pineapple. Interesting. The taste delivers a somewhat prickly thin body that carries with it some pear and pineapple like juiciness as well as some guava. This is pretty good but isn't really coming together. Ok.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that lingers, then dissipates into a small ring. Bourbon-forward nose with vanilla and chocolate cacao nib aromas. Smooth, but thin-bodied and boozy. Lots of barrel character, but it overwhelms the beer. Bourbon bomb.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Light lemon and grainy aromas. Tart lemon on the palate, some more tart citrus and herbal notes. Lingering tartness on the finish. Straightforward enough.
