On tap at Trophy, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry piney hops and a dry toasted biscuity malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Decently balanced, but like a thousand other session IPAs our there.

16 oz. draft at The Ale House, Amesbury. A near clear golden appearance or color. Aroma is decent tropical hints and light pine. The flavor is most citrus and tropical with just a note of herbal hop in the finish. Mild malt backing. Good mouthfeel for a session and it does not feel watery. (That is a challenge for some). Nice drinker.

Draft at Pizzeria Toro. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some light grapefruit. Citrus blast, with some light grain, straw, and a very mild floral and light dusty notes.

Super fresh can (stamped 9/20/16). Tulip glass. A: Deep dark orange color poured hard to only a short beige head. Poor retention but good lace. S: Resinous and sweet pine, spruce and tangerine. Light but dense rustic smell. T: Orange peel face slap. Bitter zest and pith with pine and puckering tart juice filling out the finish. Malts perceived as light toast or wood. M: Crisp carbonation cuts through a resinous mouthfeel. Substantial body for 4.9%. O: Must say I’m impressed. Nice complexity/development of aroma/flavor. A tad more malt sweetness would really set it off but overall highly recommended as is.
