Thuis uit een flesje. Licht troebel, gouden kleur, wit schuim. Gist en citrus in het aroma. In de smaak verrassend wat bitterheid, lekker, goed doordrinkbaar.

Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, yeast, light wheat, orange, grass, hint of caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grassy. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, not that long dry malty sweetbitter aftertaste, paper notes, light spicy notes, smooth, easy to drink, well-made but nothing spectacular.

330ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly roasty and nutty, dark and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark caramel, a touch of milk chocolate, whiffs of nougat. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart, hints of dark caramel, a diluted touch of coffee, nutty overtones. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Relatively light body, not overly rich, well crafted - nice.

Brouwtechnisch van ongekend hoog niveau natuurlijk. Qua smaak valt ie tegen. Gistig, weinig grapefruit, een beetje koekjesdeeg.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, hoppy background. Taste: Over moderate sweet, malty, wheat with a light to moderate bitter grassy hop background. Lightly yeasty. Clean. Smooth. Very well balanced. Although it's an American Wheat Ale, it somehow reminds me those clean / crisp classic German beerstyles. Nice. Brewed with craftsmanship
