Draft at the brewery. Pours black with tan head. Aromas of bourbon, roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. Similar flavors with some coconut and cinnamon with some heat from the chilies. Full body with minimal carbonation.

Can, Slightly murky dark yellow with a white head. Tropical fruit aroma, slight perfume sweetness. Lightly bitter flavor with a dry finish. Not much else going on here, but ok.

Half growler at home while watching my Finnish cop drama on Netflix. Gold pour cloudy but not murky mess big white head. Nose is pine and citrus. Tastes of grapefruit, tangerine, pine, bubblegum and some herbs. Chewy mouthfeel fruity finish.

Draft at the brewery. Pours black with tan head. Aromas of bourbon, maple, and roasted malt. Huge maple flavor with bourbon and roasted malt. Full body with minimal carbonation. Very nice.

Death Roll - Chocolate Covered Strawberry from Red Cypress Brewery

Draft at the brewery. Pours dark brown/black with tan head. Aromas of roasted malt and chocolate with maybe a hint of strawberry. Sweet milk chocolate and slightly bitter roasted malt flavors with some strawberry coming through as it warms. Medium to full body with moderate carbonation.

Tap at brewery. Rich black pour small head. Nose is apple brandy all they way some chocolate. Tastes of dark chocolate, apples, brandy, lactose adds some creaminess but not sweet reall. Slick palate. Some hooch on finish and roasted malt. Light bitterness. Quite good.

More like a red ale than a pale ale. Some citrus. Good malt complex with some rust. Can from Total Wine.

Can at home on my sofa watching Celts. Cleanish yellow puffy head. Nose is floral and grassy some spice. Tastes of pillowy yeast, florals, hay, peppery. Medium bodied fairly crisp. Lingering lemony fruit perhaps
