On tap. Pours with a hazy yellow body and a white head. Aroma of banana, rye, vanilla and bubblegum. Smells like a good roggenbier, but tastes very little like a roggen. Huge rye influence on the flavor. Possibly too much. Super attenuated and dry, spicy, grainy, nearly papery, with a lot of rye and grain husk. Pretty intense. Medium carbonation.

On tap at Stone’s Sourfest. Pours with a hazy golden body and an off-white head. Aroma is sage, lavender and slightly vegital. Taste is sour, very tart, and herbal. Not much saison left, this is a sour ale! Tart and dry mouthfeel.

On tap at Blue Palms. What an odd beer... Pours with an amber-orange pour with a large off-white head with great lace. Aroma is leathery, chocolate, cherry and toffee. Taste is celery, leather, berry, chocolate, herbs and a spice I cannot pinpoint. Quite odd and unique, but pleasant. Lively carbonation, some pine needles, medium bodied.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden body and a small white head. Aroma is quite floral, vanilla, tannic, sage, jasmine, grape and dryness. Pretty clearly barrel aged. Taste is very dry, light grain, spicy and some tannis. A bit of hay on the finish. A very dry, tannic and well done braggot (probably my favorite braggot to date)
