Tap at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours clear copper with very little head. Aroma seems wood and fruit. Med minus body. Flavor is sourish light stone fruit with berry and wood notes. Very tasty.

Draft. Clear amber pour, fading offwhite head. Aromas are of apple, plum esters. A light Brett like rustic funk, strawberry, grainy, lightly vinous. Flavors are slightly sweet fruit, plum, apple esters, mild graininess. Lively, off dry.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar SF, August 2013. Hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Refreshing and nicely tart with coriander, lemongrass and fruit. Easy to drink.

On tap. Pours with a clear bronze hued body with a small off-white head. Aromas are big time fruity notes, dark fruits, acidic, waxy pedio nose, mild funky leather, earthy phenols. Flavors are hugely lactic and cleanly lactic. Lots of pedio sour notes, dark fruit, mild leathery brett. Feels somewhat big, but a nice bright note of carbonation keeps it drinkable. Well made. Lightly reminiscent of Consecration (LIGHTLY reminiscent).

On tap. Pours with a near black hued body with a moderately sized tan head that fades. Aromas are very funky with leather, brett, horseblanket and manure. Mild wine notes and a lot of alcohol. Flavors are leathery, dark fruits, medium alcohol, funky brett notes. Light wine tannin. Lively carbonation and boozy.
