Sample at Kinetic Brewing Company. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium foamy off-white head that recedes slowly. Sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, earthy malt and caramel. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap. Pours with a hazed orange hued body with a small white head that lasts. Aromas are funky and lightly vinous with hints of leather, dry fruit, and pear like esters. Low malt character. Flavors are funky with possibly a bit of oak. Strawberry like esters, medium bitter and dry. Damp leaf character towards the finish. Medium carbonation. I found the rustic/damp leaf character made this saison a bit cumbersome to drink towards the end of the glass.

On tap. Pours with a crystal clear golden hued body with a large white head that is quite retentive. Aromas are bready, toasted, pils like malt, low sulfur, herbal grassy and very clean. Flavors are medium to lightly bitter, huge bready basemalt character (pils like), biscuity. Clean, herbal noble like hop notes. A touch of pear. Lively bubbles, dry, light and soft mouthfeel with a crisp finish. Quite a solid paler lager.

On tap. Interesting, but not as expected (I had the bartender double check that he poured the correct beer). Pours with a very effervescent clear golden to light orange hued body with a large, foamy, bone hued head. Aromas are floral, tea, nice bready, nearly pils like malt. Spicy, grassy, herbal hop character with low citrus. Very low esters. Quite clean and almost West Coast Pilsner like. Flavors are grassy, bready, citrus, light orange. Nice malt character, very clean, medium bitterness with a light bitter balance. Not IPA like in the slightest, but still a very clean, solid and well made beer without a standard American IPA hop profile. Very lively bubbles, dry, clean, crisp, light body.
