On tap. Interesting, but not as expected (I had the bartender double check that he poured the correct beer). Pours with a very effervescent clear golden to light orange hued body with a large, foamy, bone hued head. Aromas are floral, tea, nice bready, nearly pils like malt. Spicy, grassy, herbal hop character with low citrus. Very low esters. Quite clean and almost West Coast Pilsner like. Flavors are grassy, bready, citrus, light orange. Nice malt character, very clean, medium bitterness with a light bitter balance. Not IPA like in the slightest, but still a very clean, solid and well made beer without a standard American IPA hop profile. Very lively bubbles, dry, clean, crisp, light body.

On tap. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are vinous, wine barrel, oak, fruity esters, mild acetic, tart, dry, with some good funk. Flavors are medium to medium strong sourness, good acid (especially for a Craftman sours as mark seems to keep them on the lighter side of things), light bready malt character, vinous, white wine. Medium-strong brett flavors with a light waxy character. Medium-lively bubbles, dry finish. Lightly warming.

On tap. Pours with a clear copper hued body with a lasting tan head. Aromas are slightly smokey with peat, light rochefort cheese, mild esters, caramel and dark fruits. Flavors show a nice balance between rich melanoidin caramelization, peat smoked malt (in moderation), and light fruit esters (plums and figs). Heavy carbonation for the style with a medium body. Alcohol is well hidden. Pretty tasty.
