From tap at The Monks Kettle during "United Sours of America", Hazy yellowish with a minimal white head. Aroma of brett, fruit, citrus and funk. Similar taste. Also some notes of wine. Refreshing and nicely drinkable. I would like to try more from this brewery.

Tap. Backlog. Pours with a hazy amber-orange hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are grassy, estery, bretty, funky, mild fruit. Flavors are of suntan lotion, funky, sour, medium tart. Medium tannin, good balance of acidity and tannin. Sour/puckering mouthfeel with lively carbonation and residual tannins.

Sample at RateBeer Gallery II. Pour is clear auburn, small tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is brett, oak, vinous, horse blanket. Flavor is the same, quite funky, vinous, red wine, port, lemon zest, light oaky astringence. Medium body, zesty bitter finish. I liked this one.

Sample at RateBeer Gallery II. Pours cloudy golden amber with a small white head and decent lacing. Aroma is brett, lemon, wheat, quite simple really. Flavor is medium plus tart, dry body, lemony citric with just a bit of funk. Light body, mouth puckering. Interesting and enjoyable.

Sample at RateBeer Gallery II. Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is brett, barnyard, urine, diaper, fruity and a bit rotten. Not as bad as that description would have it though. Flavor has no real sweetness, quite zesty, lime peel, funky, cheesy. Finish is dry. Body is light.

Tap at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours dark brown with red edges and a creamy beige head. Aroma is sort of sour red/brown with a hint of smoke. Med body. Flavor matches aroma but more complex. Finally some wood comes through. Good stuff!
