Tap, BP Cantina, Tijuana. Pitch black, medium beige head. Lots of peanuts in the aroma. Slightly sweet, some vanilla and bourbon, lots of nuts. Medium bitterness, medium body. Nutty aftertaste.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out caramel malts, bready notes, subdued hops, and alcohol. Flavour is a bit of a jumbled mess, with caramel malt, bready notes, some hop resins, and alcohol. Lacking cohesion, with total chaos between the malt and hops. Needs work.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours a cloudy dull dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter piney and resinous hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out lots of intense piney hops, some traces of diacetyl and biscuity malt. I can't shake the diacetyl. Needs cleaning up.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of caramel malts and subdued earthy, resinous hops. Flavour is very malt, with earthy, resinous hops, and caramel bready malt. The hops are dialed in too well, and this is over-malted. Lacking cohesion and just poorly constructed.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals saison yeast, earthy notes and a hint of toasted malt. Flavour is well dialed in, with toasted malt, earthy saison yeast, and a hint of sweetness. Pretty decently constructed, but it's a bit estery, lacking authenticity. Alright.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out mineraly notes, with piney hops and traces of butter. Flavour is along the same lines, with mineraly notes, piney hops, and cereal malt. Seltzery and grainy. Not great but it's alright.

On tap at Border Psycho, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse saison yeast and light biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt, saison yeast and seltzery notes. Not a whole lot of depth or even subtleties, but it's clean and pleasant enough.

Beste in best een paar dagen, haha. Mexico moet het gewoon bij mezcal houden, denk ik.
