A reddish copper amber DIPA with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with resinous piney floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth, classic California. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, resinous and piney hops, pink grapefruit, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle.

[backlog] 26-03-16 / bottle at Puerto Cocina Urbana, Playa del Carmen. Decent double IPA. Well balanced bitterness. Citrus and grapefruit hops.
