Sampled at The Watering Hole, Amsterdam. Very pale golden pear juice almost watery color, no head. Smell and taste are mix of apple and pear juice. Quite soft flavors. I like it.

Tap, as "abolut sidrs - Dry cider". Clear pale golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is vanilla custard, spices, apple skin, white wine. Taste is vanilla, spicy, mealy apples, woody, lemony, pears, phenolic finish. Fizzy carbonation. Weird one, but somehow tasty.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden with a brief white fizz. Sweaty apple, citrus notes. Pretty dry. Slightly tart citrus finish. Nice small bubbles. Definitely the best hoppy cider I've had. India Pale Cider, new style maybe?

Bottle sampled at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Clear very light golden with no head. Aroma of tart green apples, almost citrusy. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Light bodied with sparkling carbonation and a very dry palate.
