75cl bottle from Drinks Supermarket. Pours clear gold. Bright nose full of medium sweet apple fruit. Taste presents a really nicely balanced medium, with good depth to the fruit character brought to life with a spritzy carbonation. Mild farmhouse funk and distant woody hints. Welcome strength. Excellent drinkability.

Dorée claire, col fin blanc retombant vite.
Arôme est frais, bien axé sur le fleuri - verger frais, fleur de pommier, miel presque sur un melomel.
Palais bien fruité, pomme assez sec et acerbe, petite rondeur oscillant vers caramélisé, fleuri presque de honeydew allant vers un effet de bouche fleuri - pot-pourri rencontre le miel avec effet gousse de vanille très subtil. Grinçant aux dents avec un léger collant aux lèvres - sucre résiduel même si le tout est franchement bien sec.

(Bottle) Pale yellow colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with green apples, grapes, white bread, yeast, minerals and Champagne. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of green apples, grapes, yeast, grass, dry white wine, Champagne, toast and a dry finish with a mild acidity. More than medium body, dry. Lively carbonation. Fresh, elegant and dry, with a good white wine/Champagne character. Nice one.

75cl bottle shared with Soph on Christmas Eve 2021. Clear golden yellow appearance, high carbonation, spritzy. Vibrant nose of lightly stewed apple fruit. Lively palate, great effervescence, with a nicely presented medium-dry character, rounded with a subtle apple core bitterness, some syrupy moments, noticeable alcohol strength. Really enjoyable.

75cl bottle on Christmas Day 2021. Shared with Soph over Christmas Dinner. Pours clear gold, high spritzy carbonation. Hoppy, piney nose alongside stewed apple fruit. Taste continues along these lines with a fine lively spritz and interesting sappy piney notes alongside stewed apple fruit, caramel and mild floral citrus moments. Good alcohol boost. Decent.

(Bottle) Golden colour with foamy white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with apples, citrus, peaches, stone fruit, fresh hops and a touch of sweaty socks. Fruity taste with notes of green apples, citrus, fresh hops, stone fruit, a touch of yeast and a tart and dry finish with a mild bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a mild hop character. Nice one.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear golden body under a moderate sized white head. Nice aroma, apple, hay, hint of citric fruit and green, grassy hops. Taste is sweet and sour apple, green apple, grassy hops, citric fruit and mild wood. Fine body and same aftertaste. A successful version of hoppy cider.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear yellow to straw golden body with almost no head. Slightly sparkling carbonation. Mild apple aroma, green apple and grapes with an acidic touch. Taste is light and rather clean, green apple, grapes and mild acidity. Medium to light bodied and a bit short in aftertaste. Nice for an aperitif but a bit weak for food.
