Description
Determined to find a way or make one, the idea of BLACK PLAGUE was founded to create a community, relationships, and great beer. BLACK PLAGUE began as an abstract idea about bringing people together over delicious beer… but it quickly became more than that. Doors opened in June 2017 and we have won multiple awards for our beers.

Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop Breda Netherlands and consumed at the Stadt Camping, Grafenau Sunday 9th October 2022. Pours warm gold colour with a white head, aroma is citrussy with a sweet orange lilt. Taste also more towards orange than any other fruit, but lacks a bite and plays safe.

Draft in Temecula at a work dinner. Golden colored. Definitely more of a festbier. Some malt and earthy tones. Bread crust and hint of fruit. Lively enough.

OK, so I saw this label and I thought it said tony hawk's, LoL. Well its a can of cheaper IPA that I got from house of 1000 in warrendale, go figger. Its pretty much clear pale like any other original IPA, not a NE milkshaker fer sher. Smells like a pine cone in heat. Lots of sappy pine smell in this. May git er fingers sticky, heheheh. Taste is big blast of bitter pine cone too. So big, so blasting bitter ass IPA, just like any other IPA out there, terribly on bitter style, whew. So big, so bold, so bastard beaner beartrap, bitch bitchtits blowjob, bollocks boner brotherfucker, butfucking butfucker. There, you have it, just another of one of gahzillion IPA out there. See if you can tell the difference, I dare you. Too one sided to be able to enjoy. At least it has an ABV kick to take your mind off the bullshit IPA character.

A very lovely hazy to get this weekend underway. Sweet, soft and with loads of tropical fruit. Some honey like sweetness, and only a very slight bitter finish. Not super balanced, bit one dimensional, but just what I wanted after a long drive and week.

474ml [sic!] can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of mango and passion fruit, pineapple, some grapefruit, lemon, melon, wheaty and oaty malty background. Taste is citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly dry, oaty malty basis, notes of lemon, hints of pineapple, passion fruit, some quince. Watery texture, dry and somehow a bit crumbly palate, fine, hard, prickly carbonation. Okay-ish Hazy IPA, quite dry, not really juicy, somehow narrow, tough, condensed and crystalline, maybe due relatively hard water - solid.
