Cloudy peachy colour with thin lacy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Pleasant bitter aftertaste. Smooth texture. Just a fine carbonation.

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Very hazy dull golden with small white head. Lots of sweet apricot, soft grains, salty seaweed, light CO2, sour lactic notes. Light grassy too. Over light sweet and sour, light salty. Over light bodied. OK.

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Very hazy light yellow golden with head. Pineapple, soft papaya, dank hops, light sweet malts and oats, soft hop pollen and dank oils. Medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied. Quite decent.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een troebel lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een fruitige afwasmiddel achtige geur. De smaak is fruitig, abrikoos en zurig.

Bottle. Color: Black, very light brown head. Aroma: A lot of peat, booze, malt, spicy, medicinally, hints of cocoa and coffee. Taste: Under medium to medium body, booze, peated, moderate to medium roasted malt, hints of coffee, unexpected slightly sour notes. Lacking a lot of body and I don't like the weird slightly sour notes. I've choosen the wrong BA version of the beer, apparently. Definitely no need to try this one, some other Hellegijt BA version are much better according to the ratings and although I did not taste them, I definitely hope and believe this...

330ml bottle drunk listening to Jesus & Mary Chain. Pours clear gold, healthy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, some hop citrus. Taste is quite light, some malt and citric hop, the smoked malt almost comes as a surprise when it does eventually emerge on the finish, welcoming though it is.
