Lancaster taproom: pours mostly clear with white head. Aroma is melon, some citrus, candy. Taste is beight and a little spritzy and fruity.

Draught at Lancaster location: pours amber with white head. Aroma is caramel and bread. Taste is not as sweet as would be expected but still very malty and in keeping with olde school American märzens.

Bottle shared at the June DCBeer share. Poured a thick, dark black color. Flavor was rich dark chocolate cake with icing, a slight bourbon warmth, and a smooth, drinkable beer. Dessert-like, but still well crafted and balanced.
