Bottle from fridge with the weird rules at Cider Junction. Goblet. Mostly clear, maybe jellied, amber gold pour. Deep & brown earthy bittersweet, browned apple nose. Mellow, macerated flavor. Bittersweet, macerated sweet keeved flavor. Short oxidation, super pithy delicious more honey sweet than bitter flavor, slight oxidation, peppered. Low carb, whatever abv. Great.

On tap @ Cider Junction. Short pour. Hazy lemon yellow pour. Herbal, citrusy nose. Lemonade & light rosemary. Nicely acidic, lime pith, bitter apple. Strong, frothy carbonation with a little oil. Interesting. Okay to good.

19.2 oz stovepipe from Grocery Outlet. Aroma has notes of flowers, strawberry, lemon, apple, apple core. Pours slightly hazy pinkish red with an immediately collapsing pinkish white head. Taste is moderately tart and sweet, finishing dry, with flavors of strawberry lemonade and apples. Not bad.

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white. Nose is nice sweet pineapple juice and some tartness. Taste is as the nose with a sweet pineapple leading the way.

On tap at 2C pours out crisp clean straw topped with a fizzy ring of a head. Nose is big sweet apple juice. Taste is more of the nice crisp apples some sweetness.

Pinkish orange pour. The aroma is mostly of apples. It tastes somewhat sweet but not too much. The apples are joined by some vaguely berry like fruit which must be the prickly pear. Enjoyable.
