A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity fruity malt with alcohol warmth, light curacao, light oxidation. Bottle from brewery. Bought July 2018 so a bit less than 2 years old.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and refreshing. Bottle one year old and smooth.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light tropical fruits, passion fruit, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with passion fruit pulp, light orange pulp, light acid notes, resinous hops, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Jelly doughnut. 11% . Black beer lasting tan head. Raspberry syrup aroma. Chocolate. It's sweet and hot and tarry. Some raspberry. Too hot for me. Too tarry.

On tap at Rorschach Brewery TO. 11% Black beer lasting tan head. Big chocolate aroma and some coffee too. Really big chocolate and caramel. Too hot on finish. Good flavour but just too hot on finish.

On tap at Rorschach Brewery TO. Wheat ipa 4.5% Clear gold colour lasting white head. Attractive hoppy aroma. Quite light in malt some Belgian yeast peach character. Light malts but hops are decent and bitterness on the finish.
