Bottle from the brewery. Jet black, oily pour, lots of lacing and a small brown head. Aroma is a blast of espresso, molasses, burnt brown sugar, and boozy vanilla. Mouthfeel is silky, oily, and full, with a very soft carb. Finish is highly bitter, semi sweet, loads of coffee, and light pie crust, and boozy, burnt brown sugary bread.

Can from the brewery. Opaque orange pour, with a medium, creamy white head. Aroma is soft vanilla, creamy tangerine puree, the lactose brings a nice milky sweetness to the fruit. Hops seem a bit muted by the tangerine. Creamy mouth feel, soft carb. Solid creamsicle finish, creamy, vanilla, tangerine. Really nice.
