On tap at Rorschach, pours jet black with a small brown head. Nose is full of intense tequila barrels, molasses, dark sugars, and a touch of roast. Flavour is largely a function of the tequila barrels, with notes of agave, dark sugars, and molasses. Low roast, moderate sugars, with a silky, oily palate. Wonderful.

On tap at Rorschach, pours a hash golden with a s all white head. Nose has some spicy Saaz hops, light floral notes, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, has a reasonably Saaz expression, with straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, reasonably crisp, but not super vibrant. Decent.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy medium orange under a large, lingering, rocky, off white head that leaves spotty lace. Bright citrus peel, grapefruit, mango, pineapple with some resin and light grains. Light melon sweetness with a medium pineapple and orange peel bitterness. Mouth is medium creamy with slightly soft carbonation and a juicy finish.

Can from the brewery. Clear golden pour, with a medium white head, great lacing. Pale cereals, grassy hops, soft smoke. Mouth feel is bright and super crisp. Incredible refreshing, with a super satisfying cereal note in the end. Very surprised how much I enjoyed this.
