On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown. Raspberry, cherry, booze, biscuit, chocolate. Medium body. Bit unrefined but not unpleasant.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear copper with almost no head. Novel, with light acetic bite, salty sweat, tart berries, a little malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with mild tartness, more salty sweat, ripening berries. Interesting. Points for novelty.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Really buttery, with nips of lemon, popcorn, dough. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with notes of corn tortillas, more butter, pale bread. Not great.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, white head. Has notes of light tropical fruits, a little pine, pale bread. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Subtly warming finish, some pine, floral hops, a little damp carpet. So so overall.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Dry and pithy, lightly chalky, with some grapefruit, lemon rind, dried pale grains, pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and pithy finish, flinty, more citrus rind. Alright overall.

Draught at the source: pours light orange with a white head. Mild smoke mostly malt sugar in the nose. Taste is sweet with a vague smokey note.

Draught @ Malt & Mold (8May19). Clear very pale yellow with very small frothy whitish head, faintly acidic aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sour lightly earthy taste, thin watery body. medium finish. Watery.
