On tap at Kilt Check, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out deep hearty oats, a little roast, and a hint of dry cocoa — nice nose. Flavour is creamy, with hearty oats, some metallic notes, and some roasted barley. Hearty and fairly dry, with a lightly metallic and bitter finish. Old school and pleasant—like St Ambroise Oatmeal Stout.

On tap at Kilt Check, pours a dark mahogany with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and light metallic notes. Flavour is nice and malty, with toasted caramel, bready malt and a hint of residual sweetness. Clean and well-brewed to style. Malty and rich for the style. Solid stuff.

On tap at Kilt Check, pours a hazy bright golden with a small beige head. Nose brings out vibrant piney and resinous hops upfront, with bready malt on the underside. Flavour is nicely hoppy and clean, with piney and resinous hops, some stone fruitiness and bready malt to back. Balanced well, with ample bitterness. Quite pleasant west coast IPA.

On tap at Kilt Check, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, with light toasted caramel and a hint of resinous hops. Flavour is similar, with dry bready malt, light hops, and a hint of caramel. On the dry side, with a subtle metallic character permeating. It's alright.

On tap at Kilt Check, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a rather stale bready crust character, not much else. Flavour is much the same, with stale bready crust and metallic notes. Not too pleasant—stale and metallic. Poor.
