Tap @ brewery. Transparent, light burnt orange appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat piney, earthy hoppy, pale malty aroma. Slightly toasted malty, earthy, light piney hoppy flavor. The hop flavor is a little dull and kind of weird.

Tap @ brewery. Transparent, amber appearance with an off white head. Today, caramel malts and lightly piney hops in the nose. Slightly spicy, mildly piney, earthy hoppy, toasted caramel malty beer. Easy drinking beer but not very exciting.

Tap @ brewery. Milky, darkish orange appearance with an off white head. Banana, cloves, mild rye malty, yeasty aroma, not all that different from a Hefeweizen nose so they must be using a weizen yeast. Light, slightly spicy yeasty, fairly strong banana and clove, mild rye flavor. Kind of a cool beer but I wish the rye was more assertive.

Clear amber - fairly smooth and moderately rich, almost German maltiness - moderate acidity makes way for moderate sweetness and flavors of toffee, caramel and roasted nuts - a bit of estery character and even a touch of chocolate on the tail end - another tasty brew today - these guys are finally hitting their stride.

Clear amber pour - pretty surprised with this - very clean but rich maltiness - light notes of caramel and light esters - a fair amount of toasted bread - light nuttiness - the carbonation is a little high, but it is very smooth - simultaneously rich and refreshing - if the carbonation weren’t so high, I could probably pound several pints - nicely done.

Hazy gold - quite a sweet malt profile on this, which actually works because the chili flavor seems a bit on the sweet side, like they used roasted chilis in the beer - a light smokiness perhaps confirms this - nicely warming pepper spice, but not overdone - a bit of honey and fruitiness, but mostly the chilis are showcased well here - tasty.

Turbid straw color - kind of like a hefe with a touch of rye - semi-try, with a toasty grain character and mildly sour notes of rye - strong phenols of clove and pepper work with this fairly well - carbonation is a bit harsh and the body could be heftier - fairly bready yeast character - a bit of toasty, semi-sweet gingerbread character - dry, pepper finish, with lingering rye spice - it’s pretty dang good.
