500mL bottle purchased at the brewery. I pop the cap and something is amiss, just not enough gas comes out. The pour is flat as well, no head. Yup, first taste confirms under-carbonation. Not completely flat but pretty close. Despite the carbonation level there is an interesting funky beer here. Orange copper clear pour. Aroma is definitely brett and some other funky bugs. Even more surprising how flat the beer is. Funky brett, light apple juice tartness, and some lightly sweet musk. Flavor is similar with a little less funk and a bit of an emptier back end to the flavor. Seems like a decent beer but an obvious problem with carbonation. I wonder how that has effected the rest of the beer.

Bottle at home, this brewery is new to be distributed here so looking forward to try. Light hazy dirty blonde beer. Nose is slight yeast and floral and touch of strawberry. Tastes of lemon, floral, yeast, strawberry, banana. Light bodied touch watery. Nice summer crusher but for price a touch more kick be nice.

Bottle shared with ajax25g, pleasure. Not retired any more I guess. Cloudy to murky golden yellow color, huge white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of earthy and funky sourdough bread. Taste is funky, dusty lemon and stone fruit, white pepper. Hi carbonation interferes with the mouthfeel. Still pretty tasty.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. No lacing.
The smell started off with a bitter lemon rind, sweet grassy, white pepper and a light citrusy pulpy flesh. Balanced vinous notes hit nicely. Tropical fruits come out sweetly like pineapple as it warms.
The flavor is a nice balancing act of sweet tropical fruits, grassiness, and citrusy pulpy fkesh sliding into some sour to bitter vinous and citrusy rind qualities. Tropical fruitiness runs into aftertaste with drying vinous qualities. Moderately dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Carbonation feels good. Sour and sweetness seems to balance between wet and dry feels on my tongue.
Overall, really nice American Wild ale that I would love to have again.
