Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and lightly creamy/grainy/sticky mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is an outstanding dry hopped saison! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bottle at Roofers Union. Crystal clear bright yellow color. Nice earthy floral aroma. Taste is softly sour flowers, herbs, lemon. Beautiful.
