Eleven Lakes Brewing Co. opened it’s doors in May of 2017. With a lengthy background in homebrewing, making great beer is our top priority. Utilizing a small batch process allows us to focus on quality ingredients and stay true to our roots. Whether it’s a year-round staple or an experimental seasonal, we approach every batch with the highest standards and attention to detail. 16 oz can. Aroma is mild cocoa and coconut. Flavor has both soft light chocolate coconut. Bodies about right for the style. It’s respectable.

Lemon, sour milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with large off-white head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body - sharp carbonation.

Caramel malt, cinnamon, and hay aroma. Dark reddish amber with moderate head. Moderately sweet cinnamon, ginger, caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.

Draft at NC Brewers Fest. Clear deep amber color, tan head. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste is burnt caramel, subtle black pepper. Tasty.
