From a can pours crisp looking pale with constant co2 screaming streaming for a show. Quite dry initial taste, nice. Lacks all that sugary woodchuck thing so common in domestic ciders. Its dry but not brutal, well balanced. Nice continuous co2 on the palate like Ravel's Bolero. Easy drinken with a tad of processed feel to it but it doesn't distract from the inalienability enjoyability. I was putting the tasting of this off because I feared it would be too sweet, but now I'm pleasantly surprised. Very good sipping cider. Overall well mannered yammered good stuff.

Smells of blueberries and some weird artificial smell that I really can’t place. The flavor is sweet with blueberries, sugar, apples and again something that seems artificial. Drinkable, but this one is a miss from Blake’s. They usually do a better job.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Rosé colored pour, some bubbles on pour, which then disappear. Blood orange and cranberry are about equal in the aroma. Taste follows with more of the blood orange and cranberries, giving it a nice wintery profile. Apples detectable underneath make for a tasty, refreshing drink.

Smells of peanuts and berries. The flavor is sweet with the peanuts prominent and berries and apples. Interesting combo. It’s not my favorite but it’s alright. It didn’t strike me as being as sugary as the Big Jam I had recently, which is good.

This cider smells of apples, berries, and booze. The flavor is very sweet with berries, apples, sugar, and booze. The fruit flavors are nice. Just wish they’d toned down the sugar some.
