Sampled from a 12 oz can this mead poured a salmon pink color with a trace foamy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty and pretty dry with a vague berry note. The flavor was dry, musty and a touch vinegary with tannin and vague berries. Medium length finish. Light to medium body. Disappointing.

Sampled on draft this mead poured a very pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was honey, butterscotch and cacao. The flavor was tart with honey, orange blossom, faint butterscotch and cacao. Medium length finish. Medium body and smooth. Decent.

Draft at Brew House No. 16. Clear pale yellow, moderate bubbles, see pic with menu for verification. Aroma of rosemary and clove nice spiced flavor, cinnamon and clove. Delicious.

Bottle. Hazy to cloudy golden color, rare bubbles. Aroma has ginger up front, mellowed by floral strawberry. Ginger is front and center in the taste too, on a floral and fruity background. Mostly dry from start to finish. The spice balances it nicely.

50cl jar pours a clear gold with some faint white head. Nose has honey comb, some white grape, riesling, booze, candlewax. Flavor is honey sweet, more riesling, very floral, a little candlewax, booze, a little lemon acidity on the end. Dry finish and crazy drinkable for the ABV.
