Draft pour at Snallygaster 2018. Poured a mostly clear yellow color with a small amount of carbonation. Aroma was light honey, with a little bit of pumpkin pie aroma. Light pumpkin pie spices. Light sweetness. Touch of alcohol.

Bottle from the September DC RB Tasting. Poured a pale golden yellow color, almost still. Aroma was nice cinnamon, apple pie notes. Flavor as really nice apple, honey. Some alcohol heat, but it's nice and smooth. Really nice stuff.

From a 16 oz, bottle at the RB DC gathering 9/30/18. It is a clear pale golden color with a scant head. The aroma is of cinnamon with hints of apple the taste is strong cinnamon and leaves pretty overwhelming.cinnamon finish

From a 16 oz, bottle at the RB DC gathering 9/30/18. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant head. Aroma of heavy cinnamon with some apple lurking in there. Flavors are sweet but the mouthfeel is pretty light. Cinnamon flavors are pretty overwhelming.

On tap at Golden West Cafe, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings basil upfront, with a bit of lemongrass. Barely any honey. Flavour is the same, with lemongrass and basil. It's cheap honey water. Not good.

$8.99 old-school clear medicinal-looking screw top 500 ml bottle from Wine Warehouse.Golden, no carbonation. Aroma is apple, barrel... not really getting honey in the nose, but the aroma is inoffensive. Flavor is light rubbing alcohol, glue,white wine, barrel. Again, not getting much honey. Lingering rubbing alcohol flavor. Not exactly junk, but I've yet to have even a decent mead from this meadery.

Can: Coconut milk, raspberry nose. Clear red. Raspberry, tart cherry, coconut. Light body, easy carbonation. Real nicely complimentary flavors, but little discernible honey.
