Pint at the brewery pours a translucent sunset orange with some creamy white head.  Nose has a little pickle, C hops, hand soap, fake grapefruit.  Flavor drops the pickle, picks up the C hops, grapefruit and orange mostly, pine and spruce.  Malt is there a little oats or something too.  Dry, bitter finish.  6 3 7 2 12

Menu says they serve it in 10oz goblets... this came in a 16oz pint. Pours an opaque black with some pinky beige head.  Big nose, booze, raisin, port, licorice.  Flavors follows, lotta raisins and port, Charleston chews.  Finishes a touch thin, boozy.  7 4 7 3 13

Crisp golden and lightly coppered coloured body with a small, one to two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of crisp herbal and lightly resinous hops with a good deal of bitterness noticeable, along with a dash of malts and some lighter alcohol notes as well. Medium-bodied; Fresh hop flavours dominate with a lot of herbal and citrusey notes that show a solid and balanced amount of malts that show a bit more of the grainy and lightly specialty grain type notes along with more of a nutty profile and finishing with perhaps more alcohol and astringency than is common for the style, but not too potent to overpower everything else. Aftertaste shows well and contains a good amount of flavours and consistency while being a bit hoppy and showing a nice bite towards the end. Overall, a nice and enjoyable IPA that fits nicely for the city and shows well throughout - good and herbal with a light bitterness, but a balanced amount of malts and even a touch of sweetness at the very end. I sampled this twelve ounce can, after a hockey game in Arlington (Ballston) in early 2019, given to me by a teammate - thanks Nick!

Citrus and some pine. A little unbalanced on hop end but not a bad beer by any means. Pours golden with great head and lacing. Quite bitter like going bankrupt (probably too soon). Tap at Baby Wale.
