Draft at Cushwa and Rad Pies Taproom. Poured a dark cola color with a small, off-white head. Aroma was chocolate, light bakers chocolate, lots of roasted malts. Flavor was smooth, easy to drink.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/10/23. Murky raspberry red with a fast collapsing faded crimson cap. Nose is sharp raspberry, berry pips, grass, hedgerow, herb. Taste comprises raspberry smoothie, sharp berry notes, herb, lactic tang, guava, damp straw, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte puckering edge. Decent well balanced sour ... not all sweet ... well done this time America!

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/10/23. Hazed orange with a good sized just off white covering. Nose is orange zest, grass, ripe melon, hint of pine. Taste comprises soft malts, mellow tropical fruits, grass, pineapple, mango, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced light juice laden hop bitterness. Okay easy drinker if a touch overly sweet and lacking bitterness for my liking.

Bottle from Beerdome. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, pecan and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 081023
