Memoá Wineish Brazilian Strawberry Sour BA from Trilha Cervejaria

Tap Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is strawberry jam, vineous. Taste is vineous, strawberry candy, quite tart, barrel funk. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled, but high carbonation. Fun, but a bit too Brausetablette-like.

Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roast, some sugar glaze, cachaça yeah I can get that. Taste is chocolate, roast, light liquorice, cachaça indeed. Thick oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Nice!

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is dank hops, mango, maracuja purree. Taste is mango, passion fruit, light sugar icing, purreey, but comparably clean. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Well done!

Tap. Hazy golden-yellow color with white head. Aroma is dank pineapples. Taste is actual pineapples, dank hops, biscuity, not too yeasty. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Tap. Opaque yellow color with white head. Aroma is melon, tropical fruits, milky yeast. Taste is milky yeast, tropical fruit. Juicy mineraly, almost mealy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is fresh aromatic coffee ground, super thick black chocolate. Taste is rich black chocolate, coffee, vanilla. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Fabulous beer!

Tap. Brown color with eggshell head and a beautiful lacing. Aroma is coffee ground, light chocolate, just very aromatic coffee. Taste is the same, just full on good coffee. Very velvety mouthfeel. Tasty!

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is mango, white wine, oak, barrel funk. Taste is mango, vineous, dough. Oily mouthfeel with high, but fine-bubbled carbonation. Wow, lots of French oak and white wine character here.

Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18.  Dark brown with a tan head.  Aroma of roast, coffee, chocolate and malt.  Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter.  Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
