Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a cloudy pinkish peach. Aroma brings out tart, acidic berries, light oranges and medium honey nectar. Flavour is along the same lines, with acidic berries, honey nectar, and medium honey. Lightly acidic and moderately sweet. Very good.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a hazy yellow. Aroma brings out heaps of chocolate upfront, with a bit orange. Flavour is on the spicier side, with cocoa powder, some oranges and medium honey nectar. Spicy cocoa on the finish. Very nice.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a cloudy peachy pink. Aroma brings out tart plum upfront, with light acidity, and medium honey nectar. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart plum, some pithiness, and lightly sweet honey nectar. Nice use of plum, but it's also a bit earthy and pithy. Solid.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a hazy blonde. Aroma brings out a nice blend of fresh mint and medium sweet honey nectar. Flavour is along the same lines, with a beautiful blend of mint and honey nectar. Nice use of mint that doesn't overburden the palate. If you like mint, this is great.
