Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear pink. Aroma brings out pithy blackberries and lightly sweet honey. Flavour is very earthy, with lots of pithy blackberry. The honey is subdued, with a dry finish. Not a fan of this.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a hazy yellow. Aroma brings out freshly zested ginger, with medium sweet honey. Flavour is a bit subdued and flat, with light ginger, plenty of earthiness and light honey. This isn't my favourite of their products, but it works.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear yellow with a few bubbles of head. Aroma reveals intense apples upfront, with treacle notes, and medium sweet honey nectar. Flavour is very dry, tasting like a champagne apple juice. Spritz and crisp. This is very good.

Flavour is much sweeter, with plenty of boozy red wine notes, musty grape skins, and medium sweet honey nectar. Wonderful incorporation of the grapes. Excellent.

Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earthy woody notes and subdued blueberry. The honey is even more subdued. I'm not a fan of the basswood in here, but it's well-done.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is loaded with cinnamon upfront, with a touch of vanilla. Flavour is loaded with both cinnamon and vanilla upfront, followed by decadent honey nectar. Nice use of the adjuncts, finishing lightly spicy. Excellent.
