Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Tart peach aroma. Made me think of pickled peaches. Med body or so. It is tart, even a bit sour. There is definitely peach, but to some extent it’s like sucking on unripe peach pits. Strongish sour, but quite approachable and it is not distressingly acidic. Nicely done.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours coppery gold with a white head. Aroma is very strong and arguably beyond dank. Hops? Yes, but I can’t parse them. Med body. Flavor is dank and quite herbal. Pretty dry. Very hoppy. Decently bitter. I’m suspecting South African hops. Good strong flavor.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is sourish mango/vanilla. Med body, almost. Juicesicle it is. Tho I never had a sour ice cream bar! Mostly mango with a pineapple acidity and some vanilla for sure. Touch of salt. Very approachable level of tartness. Very comfortable.

Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours translucent dull apricot color with a transient white head. Mildly tart/acetic aroma with some fruit. Med body. Cherry is the flavor -but a tart/sour cherry. Not overly done/quite approachable. Very dry. Some lurking vanilla/oak notes. The flavors are so strong it took me awhile to notice the salt. Good stuff - but might irritate open wounds!

Maybe past date, expected some mango, got ultra tart pineapple mostly. Not bad but ultra sour Berliner. Tart and salty a bit.

On tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia. Hazy pureed yellow with sustained white head. Very thin and the lactose was overpowering with creamsicle. Tangerine presented well in the aroma.

Maybe would be better fresher or murdered by the refrigerator, still good flavor but seems bit off. Like a mango milkshake but hints of bitter hop notes on the back. Oops.

750ml bottle from Tavour. Murky golden/amber pour, instant head subsides to patchy cap. Big fruity, tropicsl aroma, definitely mangoes. Taste brings the vanilla in, blending with lacto, rendering this a mango creamsicle. Minor bitter bite at the finish reminds you that its an IPA.

Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours ruddy brown with a transient beige/tan head. Aroma of wood, raisins and something treacly. Call it full bodied. Flavor is musty oak, raisins, aged malt; it is sour, but not distressingly so. In some ways it is very like a red wine. Seems toward dry, but the raisins fight that. It belongs somewhere in the families of Deschutes dissident and Russian River Consecration - tho it isn't perhaps so nicely done as those, it is suggestive.
