Tap at Cap Hop. Pours black/brown with a huge foamy darkish tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, smooth dark malt, and perhaps anise. Just misses full bodied. Flavor is aroma, xpt that it’s surprisingly dry and quite earthy. Intriging and tasty ale. Not a trace of heat for me. Likin’ it a lot.

Cap at Cap Tap. Version verified with the keg tag. Tag dated Jan 16. Pours dark brn/blk with a tan head. Wow aroma of cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate. Full bodied. Somewhat sweet dark malt with pleasing amounts of cinnamon and chocolate. Very nice smooth/slick mouth feel. Vanilla tends to get submerged under the cinnamon with time. There’s a light burn in the depths - but not really in the mouth. It’s very good.

This is the least beer visible glass ever. But holy shit it's ultra guava. Massive guava. all I can say is guava. All I can dream is guava. So guava.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Tart peach aroma. Made me think of pickled peaches. Med body or so. It is tart, even a bit sour. There is definitely peach, but to some extent it’s like sucking on unripe peach pits. Strongish sour, but quite approachable and it is not distressingly acidic. Nicely done.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours coppery gold with a white head. Aroma is very strong and arguably beyond dank. Hops? Yes, but I can’t parse them. Med body. Flavor is dank and quite herbal. Pretty dry. Very hoppy. Decently bitter. I’m suspecting South African hops. Good strong flavor.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is sourish mango/vanilla. Med body, almost. Juicesicle it is. Tho I never had a sour ice cream bar! Mostly mango with a pineapple acidity and some vanilla for sure. Touch of salt. Very approachable level of tartness. Very comfortable.

Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours translucent dull apricot color with a transient white head. Mildly tart/acetic aroma with some fruit. Med body. Cherry is the flavor -but a tart/sour cherry. Not overly done/quite approachable. Very dry. Some lurking vanilla/oak notes. The flavors are so strong it took me awhile to notice the salt. Good stuff - but might irritate open wounds!

Maybe past date, expected some mango, got ultra tart pineapple mostly. Not bad but ultra sour Berliner. Tart and salty a bit.

On tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia. Hazy pureed yellow with sustained white head. Very thin and the lactose was overpowering with creamsicle. Tangerine presented well in the aroma.
