Pint at the brewery pours a lightly murky, burnt orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has big C hops, plenty of citrus, soap, pine, some light honey. Old school or West Coast, take your pick, but it's a throw back. Some malt and some honey, but then big pine and soap and grapefruit. Medium bodied, just off dry and bitter on the finish.

On tap at the pizzeria location, pours a murky cola brown with a thin layer of grey head. Nose is nice, malt, toast, roast, caramel, some toasted nuts, turbinado sugar. Flavors all follow, malty, Tootsie roll, toast, roast, nuts. Off dry, fairly full bodied finish. Very well made.
