Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall pure white head that fades pretty quickly and leaves just a thin lace after a few seconds. Aroma of very strong Belgian yeast strain with a lot of curacao and coriander seed spiciness here, with some full oranges and candi sugar along with a dash of honey - very nice in the nose and strong as well. Medium to Full-bodied; Rich orange and curacao notes with a lot of dry malt and wheat flavours from the grain with a good kick from the Belgian yeast, that is very noticeable and ends in some bubble gum flavours as well. Aftertaste is rich and pretty sweet with the candi sugar here, but the malts hit nicely and balance out everything, with some alcohol still noticeable, but the balance has been struck right, in a good way. Overall, a very enjoyable beer with a great dry and malt profile, but the spicy aspects and especially the yeast strain mean a lot here, in a good way. Great to sample and enjoyable throughout - recommended - for those who like Belgies and those who don't! Draft at the source. Clear dark brown color, tan head. Pine aroma. Taste is roasted coffee, bitter finish. Light body. Closer to a black IPA.
