750ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Taste follows nose with some lactose. Bitter coffee and roasty finish. Pretty good.

Draft at Oak & Ore. Cloudy yellow color. Grapefruit herbs pepper aroma. Taste is sour bitter grapefruit.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tropical fruits and grass with bread and earthy grains. Flavor has earthy tart fruits with some grass and earthy funk.

Sampled from the tap at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Festival. Pours a murky gold with a touch of orange and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour grapefruit up front with a growing bitterness and light grain backbone. Flavor has a light tart grapefruit note with a bit of acid and some earthy grains backing.

Sampled from the tap at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Festival. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice tart lime note with a hint of acid and a slight sweet wheat underlying. Flavor has sweet wheat up front with a bit of cookie and a strong sour lime finish with a touch of acid.

Sampled from the tap at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Fest. Pours black with a very dark brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of sweet dark grains with a touch of roast and slightly tart dark fruit underlying. Flavor has tart dark fruit up front with some sweet dark grains and a hint of roasted malts.
