Pint can from Jack Brown's. Flavor is roasted malt, brown leaf, caramel, hint of citrus. Seems like the carbonation is a bit flat. Oddly not that good (as BC beers are usually quite well done).

Can, WW. Honey-hued with a soft off-white head. Crisp brown leaves, hint of smoke (I suppose that could be my fireplace, but it's stronger near the glass), light caramel nose. Brown leaves, caramel, brown grasses, hint of cocoa. Simple, but tasty.

Pint can, WW. Hazy gold with an off-white head. Tangerine, pineapple, floral/perfumy hop nose. Bread crust, orange pulp and rind, floral hops, tropical notes. Not too tropical; more orange pulp than anything. Interesting, kinda nice.

Taster at Richmond taproom. Hazy yellow, wispy head. Soft citrus aroma, but not far removed from the other hazies on the menu. Lemon, grapefruit. Not enough range here.

Taster at Richmond taproom. Hazy straw color of skin of head. Sweet, fruity, citrus aroma. Taste is mildly astringent citrus, enough so that you can taste much else. Eeek

Taster at brewery. Hazy golden pour, thin head, lacing coats the glass. Aroma is light, but taste does add a really unique Scottish vibe in the malts, not heavy on the peat, but definitely a lot of character.
