Bitterness, grapefruit, lemon peel, green pine cones and some biscuity pale malts in the flavor. Medium to full body, quite dry, with a nice bitterness and grapefruit flavor in the end. Bottle. It’s a clear, amber beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. It’s lightly hoppy on the nose, with caramel and bread from the malts. Pine cones too. It has a medium body, with a quite pleasant carbonation level, and flavors of caramel, bread, bitterness and pine cones. Pleasant bitternses in the finish. Although not the most intersting beer, it’s quite tasteful, and drinks easily. 121110
