Since 2003, Queen City Brewing has been having fun making beer, talking about beer, and yes - most importantly - drinking beer!

As you might expect, If you brew over 15 years, you accumulate a lot of recipes! At our bar you can taste 30+ beers on tap while doing all sorts of fun things! listening to live music at Picks n’ Pints​ on Friday nights or at our weekly Open Mic Night, join a trivia game on thursday, catch a game on our big screen, or just hang out.

​True to tradition, you can still become the brewer - thru our awesome 6-3-1 Brewer's Apprentice program! Make some, drink some, and and take some home! We invite you to stop by, drink a few, and sample all QCB offers! - Cheers!, Daddy Rabbit

Leather, tobacco, and marzipan nose. Dark maroon, thin head. Cherry and tobacco. Medium body, soft carbonation, not overly boozy.. Quite good and surprising compexity.

Pumpkin Pie Porter from Queen City Brewing

Cinnamon nose. Cloudy brown, headless. Cinnamon, clove, maraschino cherries. No body, fizzy. Spices can hide a multitude of sins. Not bad.

No aroma. Clear amber, headless. Flavor is plastic, nothing much else is discernible. Light body. Poundable, but why?

Kamikaze Rabbit IPA from Queen City Brewing

Peach nose, lemon zest. Hazy amber, thin head. Pronounced fennel flavor, lemon zest also present. Medium body. Interesting, but not very appealing.

Daddy Rabbit Imperial Stout from Queen City Brewing

Charred oak nose. Ruby black, medium head. Flavor is cola, cherries, soil. Medium bodied and tangy. I didn’t really see this as an imperial stout at all, but there isn’t a huge differentiation of styles at QCB. They are all quite similar.

Queens Milk Stout from Queen City Brewing

Mild ceadr and char nose. Cloudy brown, medium tan head, abundant glass adherence. Sweet cocoa flavor. Nicely creamy mouthfeel, medium body. Somewhat cloying even for this style.

Black Rabbit Stout from Queen City Brewing

Soapy cherry, peach, southern comfort nose. Hazy maroon, headless. Medicinal cherry flavor. Alcohol noticeable, light baody, watery, astringent. Listed as a stout, but it couldn’t possibly be one. Weird no matter how it’s classified and probably didn’t turn out as planned. Brown ale, perhaps?

Honey and orange nose. Clear amber, thin head. Orange, honey, triple sec flavor. Alcohol is quite evident. Medium body, good bones. Fizzy.
