Orange peel nose. Mahogany, thin tan head. Charred oak, pine, grapefruit,
Medium body, easy carbonation. Classic Cascadian Dark.

Walnut, charred oak aroma. Black, medium tan head, nice lace. Walnut, sweet brown bread, cola. Light body, easy carbonation. A touch green, but otherwise a wonderful schwarzbier.

Tinny hay nose. Simmering yellow, thin head. Hay and oat with bright noble hop accents of lemongrass, dandelion, lillies. Light body, moderate carbonation. Wonderfully done!

Taster at Redbeard. Clear golden pour, spotty head, streaky lacing. Butterscotch aroma, sweet. Taste is buttery, sweet, sticky, mouth coating, fruity.
