As of July 4th 2018 we have added and opened the Spent Grain Cafe adjacent to the Brewery---We make all our Breads and Pizza crust on site with the spent grain from the Brewing Process. Serving home cooked meals using family recipes. Stop by the brewery/cafe and try a Pint of fresh beer, made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives, not shipped and stored for months and see if we can make you a believer in local craft beer and what real beer should taste like. Pours lightly hazy gold with a white head. Smells of bready malt with a little citrus. The flavor is bready malt and a touch of tartness. Minimal hops presence but it’s not overly sweet. Good.

Pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. Pleasant strawberry aroma. The malty flavor is sweet with ample strawberry. Wish there was more to it but it’s alright. I like strawberries a lot, but I’ve definitely had worse strawberry beers.

Can: Poured a murky yellow with a white ring head. Aroma is coriander, wheat, spice, cloves. Taste is wheat, clove, coriander, citrus.

29/9/2025. Can shared by SHIG, cheers! Brewery #6666. Slightly hazy pour, with a big head. Aroma is strawberry puree, Neapolitan ice cream. Strawberry jam on toast to taste. Light bitterness, not too sweet. Frothy carbonation. Wasn’t unpleasant.

Can: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, strawberry. Taste is grain, strawberry, fruity, bit artificial fruit plastic.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Cloudy golden with small white headed. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body post, low carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is wheat esters.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Hazy burnt orange with medium white head. Aroma is bitter hops, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste soapy bitter hops.
