As of July 4th 2018 we have added and opened the Spent Grain Cafe adjacent to the Brewery---We make all our Breads and Pizza crust on site with the spent grain from the Brewing Process. Serving home cooked meals using family recipes. Stop by the brewery/cafe and try a Pint of fresh beer, made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives, not shipped and stored for months and see if we can make you a believer in local craft beer and what real beer should taste like. Can from my brother: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is cheap, artificial strawberry. Terrible taste. Boozy and artificial. i actually drainpoured the ass-end of this.

Keg at Tin 202. Dark brown, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, wheat, honey. The taste is roasted malt, chocolate, honey. Medium bodied.

On tap at Timothy’s. Black with dark brown highlight and small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, medium body, lower carbonation, and small-bubble lacing. Taste is roasted malt, chocolate, and some honey.

On tap at Timothy’s. Clear deep golden with small-white head. Herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is herbal hops and bitter finish.

On tap at Timothy’s. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is light grain, medium/body, lower carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is nice light grain.

On tap at Bricks and Barrels. Hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is phenols, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grain (mostly wheat) and some phenols.

On tap at Bricks and Barrels. Cloudy orange with small off-white head. Aroma is light strawberry, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is some strawberry. Strawberry does not completely meld for me, but not bad.

On tap at Bricks and Barrels. Clear light Amber with small off-white head. Malty aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty small-bubble good lacing. Taste is pumpkin and nutmeg.

brown amber appearance from a plastic growler thing. smoke and wood on the aroma. this taste is just a smokey mess. ash, ham, smoked, not really any coffee.
